Create Configuration profile in Intune and assign it to device

Hello Everyone,

I am new with Intune. So i created a Network Isolation Configuration profile in EndPoint manager.

I Created a Security Group in Azure and added a Test Virtual Machine to that group

The VM is Windows 11 Pro.

I then added this Security Group to the assignments of my Network Isolation Configuration Profile.

Went to my VM > Sync > Restart > Nothing happens

what am i missing?
