Hey everyone - I have 19 sites all across the state. Currently I have a Samsung Knox tablet at each front desk - they use our EHR app on it which requires the camera. However, the cameras suck so I am coming up with a new solution.
When there is an internet outage, staff often use their own phone hotspot and I've learned many have put the EHR app on their own phone and use it from that which is not a good situation.
My solution is to put an organization-owned and managed cell phone at each front desk with a good camera, and they can put the app on it plus have the hot spot in the event of an internet outage (this is Maine; weather stuff happens).
I found the Samsung Knox tablets a bit of a pain to manage - it could be how I set them up but they had two profiles on them - "Work" and "Personal" and that annoyed me. There is probably a...
