WIP rule and Office ProPlus behaviour with saving files on OneDrive

Hi all,

We are using WIP rules to protect apps on our enrolled Windows 10 Azure AD joined laptops.

In Intune App Protection - Protected apps - "Office-365-ProPlus-1708-Allowed.xml" is on allow list

All Office apps are running under Enterprise context and works as expected.

When downloading a file via IE/Edge we can only save the file as "Personal" on OneDrive. If drive is saved in Work context OneDrive won't sync the file.

"A policy set by your IT Administrator prevents you from syncing this work file to Onedrive folder"

OneDrive.exe is indeed running in enterprise context. 

Can anyone explain this behaviour?
