Hi Everyone.
Just wondering if anyone can shed some light or offer tips on how to figure out why seemingly Endpoint manager is removing a required App from users machines (Win 10 Enterprise)
A user will contact us and say the App (Tableau in this case) is no longer on his machine, sure enough its gone or maybe a shortcut is left.
Looking through event logs it shows app was successfully uninstalled.
We deploy this app to users machines with an Azure Active Directory group for the machine, we have an install group and and uninstall group. This then works with the Endpoint manager to either install or uninstall.
Users do not have rights to remove programs themselves and they are the ones complaining its gone anyway.
So we are assuming Endpoint Manager is removing it but cant see how as none of the affected users machines are in the uninstall...
