The last time it appears that this question was asked was about 9 years ago, and as we are dealing with technology, obviously a lot has changed. I am not a novice to Spiceworks, I have used it in the past and loved all the features. I am currently migrating an AD Environment, to Azure AD and licensing Intune for all 450 users, additionally I am using AutoPilot, instead of SCCM to deploy all of our computers. And we use Freshdesk as our help desk system. I am trying to sell my IT Director on the benefits of Spiceworks, like inventory management, the remote control tools etc., but she wants to know how it differs from Intune, so she can decide if we should use both. To me, it is a no brainer, but I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar debate, and if so, what suggestions or differences you pointed out.
