Hi All, newbie here. We are updating our MDM software on our Samsung tablets to Microsoft Intune. I've been able to scan the QR code just fine when my laptop is connected via a HDMI cable to my 75 inch TV. But when I try to scan the QR code from my 15 inch laptop or my 21 inch monitor or from a printout it doesn't seem to focus properly and I'm never able to scan the QR code. I've tried it with multiple tablets and same problem. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get the QR code to scan when onsite. I can't carry my 75 inch TV to our different offices LOL.
