Hello everyone. I am just getting my feet wet with Intune and am running into an issue. We had a user who was forced to reset her PIN and after getting it changed, she forgot what it was changed to. I thought no problem, I will go ahead and remove passcode and when she goes back into the phone, it will prompt for her to create a new PIN. I did that several users in the past and it went perfectly. This one, however, is not being as friendly.
User said the phone is "disabled" from entering in the wrong PIN. I tried several times to send the remove passcode to her phone but it keeps on just saying "Remove passcode pending." When the phone is not disabled (after an hour on not touching it), when she just tries to get to the point of entering the PIN, it goes back into disable mode.
Am I am to do anything from my end with Intune to help get...
