I recently got a Corporate teamviewer licence and have set up the connector in Endpoint (Intune).
I have then deployed the client package to a test pc and tried to connect to it via the remote session option in Endpoint. It starts it at my end but then endlessly waits for the client to connect. Nothing happens on the client pc.
After a bit of digging, I keep seeing reference to a Company Portal as the way to get TeamViewer to trigger an action at the client end. Is this the only way to do this? I don't have Company Portal setup, and it seems like an additional thing that isn't that useful to me for any other reason.
