Windows Autopilot enrollment isn't working on my organization unless I white glove the device or use a self-deploying deployment profile.
I've tested it on multiple devices and am actively testing on two devices, one Hyper-V Windows 10 Pro VM running 21H1 and a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 also running Windows 10 Pro 21H1.
Both devices are being enrolled using the same configuration profile dubbed, "en_us_userdriven_standard." If I use White Glove to enroll the ThinkPad (I can't use White Glove with the Hyper-V VM because TPM attestation fails every time, even though TPM is enabled on the VM) it enrolls without an issue. If I try to enroll normally, though, it never gets the provisioning profile and proceeds to a typical Windows 10 enrollment.
