Intune - unlocking a USB device for only one user

Within Intune we can add the identifier so the USB is allowed for a specific group, but we want to allow a specific USB key for only one user such as USB A can only be used by user A, USB B by user B. user B can't use USB A. But it's allowed for a group. The only way around it is to create a group with only one user in it. This isn't manageable for a lot of users.
Does anybody knows a solution?  Thanks
