Google MDM to intune

Hi,

my company wants to move from Google Workspace to Office 365. No big deal but the only concern we have is about the devices (2k). We have a mix of Android, iOS and Windows devices all enrollend on the Google MDM ( Endpoint Manager ).

I need the migrate them in wave in the smoothes way possible, without having them fully wiped ( if possible ) or in some way backup the data.

I dont find any documentation or procedure about that :(
