Create dynamic groups based on a specific Google app?

I have over 100 Android phones I am managing and I would like to create some dynamic groups to sort the devices by specific Google apps, if possible. Is there a way to create a dynamic group based on a specific app?  I can see how to create groups based on deviceManufacturer and deviceOSType which only gets me part of the way to what I want. Having the option to create a group by a specific app would be ideal.
