Teams phone Intune issue

We have a few users now that after changing their password are getting the following error on their Yealink phones. "Could not sign in. You will need to sign in again. If you see this message again, please contact your company support"

the factory reset did not work and we tried a different network. Can you please help and advise on this issue, at this point, we have about a dozen users spanning multiple sites with the same issue, and it will only get worse as time goes on here.
