We recently have enrolled more than 40 users in our InTune policy for Microsoft Outlook on mobile phones. We currently only use Application Management Access, as our organization is "Bring Your Own Device".
Only ONE user is unable to setup their work email on their Microsoft Outlook iOS application. For reference, the procedure usually is as follows:
>Download Outlook and Microsoft Authenticator > Sign into outlook with work email > Automatically open authenticator > register the device with our InTune Policy > Application needs to restart > Re-open Outlook > Have user set a 6 digit pin > Emails load in almost automatically.
This issue lies in between the pin, and the email loading. After the user successfully sets a 6-digit pin, instead of loading his email, Outlook immediately says "Oops, something went wrong". We are unable to move...
