Is there an easy way to exclude a group from a PowerShell script deployment?

Is there an easy way to exclude a group from a PowerShell script deployment?

If I am not mistaken, in the past Intune used to have "Excluded Groups" for the Assignments.

I would like to deploy the script to a larger group but exclude some devices.
