Trying to create a local group using Endpoint

Hi all,

I need to create an 'OpenVPN Administrators' local group using Intune.  I've crated an 'app' script and a detection script and assigned it to my test Device group, however I cannot see it in the IntuneManagementExtension log.

We are Hybrid, but I want to be able to do with without Group Policy so that we are ready to move to Azure AD only (we do have some resources that we need to keep on-prem).

Any ideas as to why it's not showing?
