Windows InTune update 982365 fails to install, on 97 percent of machines

So about 3 weeks ago I started to see every single Update row on the Dashboard turn into a Red X.

Nearly every computer fails on this update http://support.microsoft.com/kb/982365

The error is 0x80070643.

Even on my own machine it shows the update ready to install. I tell it to install and it runs for 10 minutes(Quad Core SB i7 3.4ghz, SSD, 8GB Ram) then fails with that error.

I cannot imagine I'm the only one this is happening to but I can't find much info. Every machine was reloaded from scratch using the IntTune Enterprise ISO. Totally different hardware, done over a 4 month period, etc.

Anyone else running into this?
