Can we direct a new user to a form at their first sign in with O365?

Hi all,

I know we have the option of enforcing the TOU policy within Endpoint, but is there way of forcing a new users first sign in, to include a form that needs a few boxes ticked? 

My manager would like a new user to have to tick some boxes on a form that say what equipment they have received, or haven't etc.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
