Auto Pilot Query

hi all

we are moving from sccm to intune. Couple
of q’s.

Old sccm laptops on win 10 sccm build,
can we rebuild them using intune with win 11 when a user signs in for first time?

New laptops with win 10 installed, can they be win 11 when a new user logs in for first
time and triggers auto pilot.
