Windows 10 Kiosk Mode - Citrix App Hidden Behind Start Menu

Greetings, everyone!

I was getting really excited to finally get multi-app kiosk mode running on a test machine, and I had a question about running Citrix in kiosk mode. We have an app that automatically launches a Citrix session to a specific app, and we are finding that the Citrix session does open fine, but when it starts to load, the start menu flashes back up. We are able to open the Citrix application by press ALTplus TAB (or with the taskbar on, we can select the app in the taskbar), but since we are using this for waiting rooms and such, I'd rather have the app load automatically.
