Only fingerprint and PIN work to login, not password

Hey folks...

Finally got a laptop enrolled via autopilot and meeting our compliance policies 100%. However I noticed that at the login screen, it's only allowing login via finger print and PIN. I'm guessing that's because of Windows Hello.

However when I click "Sign-in options" and select "password," it says my password, which I'm assuming is Azure based...is incorrect.

How does one fix this as management doesn't like the idea people need to remember an Okta password that's used during AutoPilot and a separate PIN.
